Need help finding a song/music video and its artist.

I am not sure if this is the right section for my question, but since this is discussing about a song and music video, this seemed like the right spot.  I remember seeing a music video some years back at a gym club.  In the music video, a mother appeared to be a hostess or waitress at a restaurant or diner. She has a phone call with her husband or boyfriend who was either a construction worker or oil worker.  They ended their relationship over the phone.  After the breakup, the mother gathers her things and picks up her son and takes him to her car.  The car she drives appears to be a 1970/80s muscle car.  The music video ends with them driving off at sunset in the desert near mountains and the son and mother are looking at each other.  I do not remember the name of the song or its artist.  ChatGPT and Google Gemini were not very helpful in my search.  I hope someone here may be able to tell me what the song, video, and artist are.  Thanks in advance.
