New Release Radar

This new Release Radar is, for lack of a better word, trash. It’s pulling multiple playlists from Warner Music that aren’t even new. This is no longer a personalized playlist for the user and more of a Stream Grab for Warner. There is already a large following on this subject on Reddit from other unhappy Spotify users. I hope Spotify can revert back to its original Release Radar that was fresh, personalized and original. Not cool. Also, I will not be “hiding” these from playlist to alter it.

This is awful. For years I have ritualistically listened to Release Radar every week. Now it's ruined. Spotify please clear this **bleep** out before next week.

100% agree, my release radar is filled with old songs from compilation albums which crowd out ACTUAL new music. MUST FIX!

The songs have been removed from my RR. So that's nice.

It's not just the old compilations and LPs that flood RR, it's all the "EPs" that incrementally release new songs until the LP is released.  This is how marketers use EPs to release the same single song each week for months.  RR should only release singles once (and no EPs) and then the LP once (and only once).
