I just happened to check this post and some of your playlist out. I surprisingly noticed some songs that I recognized. Have you heard the original versions of "Can't Help Falling In Love", "Proud Mary", and "Zombie", along with the cover of "House of The Rising Sun", by The Animals? You really should. I just listened to the ones on your playlist.
Hello!
I really need more likes to the following playlist. Mine is unique in that you won’t find a most complete list that’s constantly updated such as this one. These songs peaked in the 1980’s only, which means 1979 songs that peaked in 1980 ARE counted, but 1989 songs that peaked in 1990 ARE NOT counted. I’ve tried to include the single versions of songs if available, but there are a few songs that are 12” versions, when there’s the only version that’s available currently.

Hey, James
I was just checking your playlists out. You've got way too many songs on this playlist. I don't want to put "way" that many times, but that's the idea. The title is "Billboard Hot 100 Singles: 1980's", but you have more than 100 songs. Even if it wasn't for the hot 100 1980's songs, it's still way too many. You would never hear the end of it (the playlist). I don't know, if you mean that these made it into the Billboard 100 list, some at the same time, and some at different times, to where this is the total for the 1980s. Either way, I would break this playlist up into many, smaller and reasonable length playlists. I would never save a playlist with that amount of hours.
Here is my personally curated hip hop playlist with conscious, lyrical rap songs on it. I listen to it myself all the time, so there's **bleep** fillers, that are just taking up space. I really like all of these 🙂
