Pleas Help Me Protect My Music

Hey all! I believe my song (Judith by the Omies) is likely receiving a large number of artificial streams. The other day our monthly listeners jumped up to over 800 (from about 300 before) and has continued to climb to over 2000 now. Most of the streams appear to be coming from “other people’s playlists” but I cannot seem to locate any of them (except for the “spin the wheel” playlist that clearly looks to be posing as the Distrokid wheel of playlist feature, and I reported this playlist). 

We are based out of Houston, TX, so seeing that we had so many fans in so many foreign cities created alarm. Normally, I know that these bot streams are often easy to locate with Spotify for artists showing the playlist it is receiving streams on, but I cannot locate the place I am getting most of these streams from. Neither Distrokid nor Spotify Support have been able to help me stop this, and as I see the continuous growth of streams/listeners I am worried that our reputation in our local scene will be damaged, as well as our music being removed. I have not purchased marketing or streams and never will.

Has anyone else experienced trends like these with suspected bot streams? I have not been able to find any other examples like this. Is there a good way to protect my music from strikes/getting taken down?
