Random Playing Issue

Hi, I'm user from S.Korea. 

When I was driving with spotify played, the spotify player randomly changed into mobile web playing mode. Then I couldn't select my playlist.

When I changed back to my playlist, it turned into random track and I couldn't change back.

I'm using premium basic subscrition.

Please assist this issue.
