Songs Not Available on spotify

  Many bollywood songs are not available on spotify. I have taken spotify premium plan and i cannot listen that songs so it is my waste of money?

Hundreds of Bollywood songs have been removed from Spotify after it failed to reach a licensing agreement with an Indian record label

The Monks, a great punk band from the '60s, were on for a minute then removed, except for one song. 

Anyone know why?
