Songs starting several seconds in but shows as 0:00 (on mobile)

Hi! I don't use the Spotify app and instead use the online version. Lately I've noticed that songs start several seconds in but it says it's at the beginning. I've tried to figure out why but it's only frustrated me. Not only that, but clicking view track won't show the songs in an album anymore but show me the artist. It's really frustrating and annoying that I've had to migrate over to SoundCloud due to this problem. 

I can't uninstall and reinstall this bc I'm online. I'm really upset about it and annoyed. Please help me fix this.
