Spotify playlists empty and search feature not working

I have reinstalled spotify and also taken help from another article of the spotify community yet the following problems persist:

1. All my playlists are empty

2. I cannot play songs

3. Songs don't show up on the search feature

this happened to me too, and when I could finally see my playlists again they deleted most of the songs from them

how did you fix the app in that moment ? did you do something or just happend?
