That's very interesting indeed. I copy and pasted the lyrics into google and it pulled up this song.

It appears that someone took the song and added lyrics to it. But because they have the same name and same artists spotify put the lyrics with the original song as well. This may be a mistake or they may have did it on purpose. You would have to bring it up under a bug/problem thread and see what the officials think of the situation.
