Two Spotify Throwback Thursday Playlists

On 11/3 I noticed that the official Spotify Throwback Thursday playlist that I check out every week was not updated:

I searched around to find another official Spotify Throwback Thursday playlist that was updated:

Both appear to have been updated this week.  Is this some kind of error or normal?

Is there somewhere I can view archived Throwback Thursday playlists? My daughter was born on 21 October 2022 and I wanted to recall the specific song that was playing when she was born. I'd be grateful if anyone saved it or knows where I can find it. Thank you

It's totally throwing me off, but I don't mind the extra throwbacks.
