Unlinking from MyTelstra for Payments

Hi, I used to be a Telstra customer, and was paying for Spotify with my MyTelstra app. I have since ceased my Telstra plan, and am unable to update my payment details on Spotify, as it tells me to unlink my Spotify subscription from Telstra (which I cannot do, because my Telstra account doesn't show any active Spotify subscriptions). Could you please help? Thank you.
