Unwanted Automatic Charge - Refund Request

​Hello,

​I am writing to report that an automatic payment was charged to my account, but I do not wish to continue using the service. I would like to request a full refund for this last charge.

​Could you please guide me on the next steps to process this?

I'm not too sure that this is going to work out. After all, you initiated the subscription and then it'll be up to you to cancel it when needed. Neglecting or forgetting to do so is eventually our own responsibility (us as subscribers).

 

Anyway, the best way to ask if such a refund would be possible is to contact Spotify support, I'm pretty sure people here won't be able to help you with this. Just check out this site: https://support.spotify.com/
