Hey there everyone,
Do you folks have favorite songs whose videos got censored on TV? And what do you think about the artists' decisions - did they do it consciously and on purpose, or did they just express their artistry beyond limits?
I'd list some examples myself recalling the culture of the 90s. Starting with My Favorite Game by Swedish rock band The Cardigans.

The video got well-known for the stunts included, even though you can easily see a dummy performing some of them on the video.
Next one is Closer by Nine Inch Nails. The video is quite surreal and was banned due to displaying imagery such as bugs, butchered animals and women in bondage masks.

Madonna's Like A Prayer, a beautiful song with a pictoresque video, showing religious symbols and racism references, and also having caused some turmoil around a Pepsi commercial back in the day.

I'd love to see your favorites! Stay tuned 📻 🎶
