make a playlist viewable to public but only edited by a few members

Hello does anyone know how to make a playlist viewable to the public but only editable by a few members to that playlist. I know that a collaborative playlist is the solution, however one is limited because a private collaborative playlist does not make it visible to the public and a public collaborative playlist does not make the playlist editable by a few people. Therefore one is caught with a dilemma. Anybody out there faced a similar issue?
