ColdPlay's Viva la Vida has sold 8 million copies worldwide since its release in 2008. In that year, this album was the best-selling album over groups like AC DC or Metallica. 

Viva la vida has pop, indie, R&B as genres. Behind the melody many feelings are hidden. This song inspires positive feelings, the lyrics are based on the fall of King Louis XVI, the last monarch of France, who was assassinated by guillotine during the French Revolution. Coldplay frontman Chris Martin has revealed that he first saw the phrase "Viva la vida" in a painting by painter Frida Khalo. He liked the fact that, even though he had bad experiences, he later made the painting. And for him to put that up, he thought it was a great act of bravery.

To this day Coldplay continues to do concerts and new songs. This group continues to be a great feat among musical groups, currently not many people (within the statistics) listen to this great group.
