shuffle and filtering streams

if i listen to one of my custom made playlists on shuffle will spotify filter my streams? i still don’t understand the filtered and unfiltered numbers but i just want to make sure my streams are counting but sometimes my playlists and long and want to listen to songs i haven’t heard in awhile
