ARTIST IS NOT ON SPOTIFY

I Noticed some artists or bands are not on spotify server, for example Rammstein, theres only songs from tributes or miscellaneous albums, nut none from the original albums.How can Spotify add them? can users add songs or artists to server? this happens with a lot more bands, they are simply absent.........please help

Unfortunately some artists (including the one you mentioned) have chosen not to be part of Spotify. Have a read at this help page for more details:
