Re adding spotify to sonos: account not recognised

Hi,

 

I have sonos Playbar, manage it via Ipad. I have Spotify premium to use for sonos. All fine til now. Today I couldn't play music, always got error message: unable to connect to sonos.

So I remove the spotify service to re-add. Try to re-add and login menu does not recognize my login data (email+password). Used the same data for the spotify app on Ipad and works fine. Tried to login spotify for sonos via facebook. My wife's account comes up but she has no premium to work with sonos. Try to change account to mine, does not work, even when I am logged in on facebook.

So how do I re-add the Spotify service to my Sonos via Ipad? Anyone had this issue?  Thanks for your support!
