Windows phone Spotify, offline playlists not working

Heya,<br><br>This is getting seriously annoying as I'm currently travelling. I have Spotify premium so I could use offline playlists.<br><br>When I mark a playlist "available offline" Spotify downloads all the songs no problem. If I've been online and my Internet cuts off the playlist is working just fine offline.<br><br>BUT!!! If I turn on my phone and no Internet available in the first place, Spotify does not open the playlist. It doesn't show any songs so can't play anything "cannot load the playlist, check your connection" blaablaa. This is seriously annoying... Any solutions?
