Hello guys,

I've got the following error on my spotify "It's not possible to hear the current track."

In the frequent aid, they say it's codec error, but when I connect with the account of my girlfriend my mac, it works normal.

Every song touches the first 2 or 3 seconds and then "It is not possible to hear the track", but this only on my account and on my macbook.

Can you help me? I finished taking the premium for it.

Go into the Spotify settings and uncheck the "high quality streaming" box and then you should be able to play music.

 

High quality streaming is a premium feature. Currently there is a bug if it's selected and you are a free user, music won't play.
