Can't Change Spotify Web Player Language AGAIN.

I really don't understand why my Web Player keeps changing the default language for me every few months. I never moved or traveled out of the country or anything like that, but it always does it, and now it gave me a language I barely know how to read (Japanese). 

I can read SOME Japanese and so far I see NO option to change my default language back to English. Why is that???
