Can't go online on any mobile OS!?

Can't go online on any mobile OS!?

Since a few weeks, we cannot get online with Spotify by any of our mobile phones in the family (iPhone, Android, WinPhone). It works just normal with the computers.

Has anything changed in the past few weeks, changes to you internet, or your router settings?

Hi! No, and it is no difference if we use networks or mobile connections. We log in but we just stay offline. In my winphone I can't even write in the search field, but that's perhaps how it's like in Spotify when you are offline?

This is a bit basic but the Offline Mode setting on your phones isn't ticked/active is it?

Does a clean reinstallation of the app on the phones make any difference?

I reinstalled Spotify on my Winphone. After (trying to) login I got the message: "Login failed. You need a Premium Account (409)" But i do have that!?

Do you normally log in via Facebook or using a Spotify username and password?

Always using a Spotify username and password. I think this look more like an account problem, i.e. that Spotify does not recognize me as a premium member anymore although we are paying monthly as usual!!??

Is your account definitely showing as premium on your subscription status on your online overview
