My Question or Issue
Hey team, I just finished speaking to Google & they referred me to you. I cannot get Spotify (I've tried iOS, Windows desktop or Chrome browser) to see my Chromecast Audio device.
Other iOS apps can see the Chromecast Audio device & play to it OK (TuneIn, Soundcloud), but Spotify is being very stubborn! The only way it will work is to cast it in a Group with my other Google Home devices, but I want to cast to the Chromecast Audio device by itself.
I've restarted my Chromecast Audio device, reinstalled Spotify, but no luck. I've also read through your CA troubleshooting page, again with no luck.

Final update: Reinstalled Spotify iOS app after restarting router. Can connect to Chromecast Audio device again. Case closed.
Update: Just restarted router. Device now appears in Spotify, but it fails to connect (just stays on "Connecting..." but it never does).
TuneIn & SoundCloud connect to the device immediately.
