Estou baixando as músicas no spotify e não conseguindo estou ouvir offline

Pago o app para ouvir offline e não estou conseguindo ouvir as músicas pois aparec "Você precisa ficar online primeiro" sendo que aparece como baixadas.

Yea that happens to me too, a lot of people have that problem but spotify is looking into it
