Filters hiding all my podcasts episodes. Where are filters? Can't find any

What's happened to Spotify lately? It's buggy and very frustrating to try and use. When I used to click my favourite podcasts, I could sort by newest, oldest, downloaded etc... Hit play. Go. Easy.

Not anymore.
Now I can't see anything. It's a blank screen. When I click Episodes, I filter and sort but nothing changes. This has been ongoing for weeks. I assume from an update?

I have cleared the cache and deleted the app, reuploaded etc...

I stopped paying Premium because of terrible customer service last time I had an issue. Now this reminds me why. How can I just see my episodes like it used to be. Where are all these mysterious filters I've never touched that are now hiding everything?

Hi! What kind of operating system are you using? Like a desktop, Android, iPhone etc? 

there hasn’t been an update to my knowledge, when I look up my podcasts the only filter I believe is whether or not it’s listing the player episodes & order of oldest-newest or vice versa. 

sounds like it may be a device error if you’re getting a blank screen frankly.

I'm using a newish iPhone. It works fine with every other app. The screen is not completely blank. It just doesn't show the episodes list the way it always did. It says things may be hidden due to filters. But there are no filter settings anywhere that affects that. I've checked every single option in settings. Nothing. I've emailed Spotify. Nothing. I've never changed anything. Spotify used to be so simple. Now it's a clunky mess that wastes my time. I give up on this app. Brutal.

That’s odd. What version of iOS is it running? And you’ve completely deleted (not removed from Home Screen) the app then downloaded it again to face the same issues?
