Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

Unfortunately, we can't do that remotely from our end. Here is what you can do:

  • start Spotify on a device which no longer needs the downloaded content and use the Remove all downloads button by going to Settings> Storage.
  • start Spotify on a device which no longer needs the downloaded content and manually remove all the downloaded offline content.
  • If you don't have physical access to the devices - wait until the offline license expires on a device which you no longer use.
Note: A device can stay offline for a maximum of 30 days, then all offline content will be disabled and the license will be revoked. Once license has been revoked, you can download offline music on another device.

Hope this helps.

Surely having the option to remove downloads from recent devices would be better? If you can't log into the device to remove the downloads, you have no choice but to wait 30 days before you can download to your new device. Tell me that doesn't sound backwards?
