Initial functionality of adding artists and getting daily mixes all gone

I made a new account today and first thing it offered me was to add my favorite artists with simple tapping and then offering more similar artists etc. so I created a nice big list of favorite artists really quickly. Then it gave me like 4 (or more?) different Daily Mixes that had songs from these artists and similar ones as well, that looked really good and I was looking forward to listen to. Then I subscribed to Premium and now it's ALL GONE. No possibility to quick add new artists, NO DAILY MIXES to choose from, it's now telling me that I have to wait 2 weeks for this feature - why on earth, may I ask, when it was already available just now??? It already has my favorite artists, it was already able to make the daily mixes according to that, why can't it do it now? Why do I have to start a tedious process of creating playlists, finding songs in other playlists (that are not personalized) etc. when it could've been so easy??? Then I tried to cancel my premium subsciption, didn't work, so I tried to create a new account with a new e-mail address - and THAT DIDN'T WORK EITHER!!!! So now I have to make a new account on a new device just to get back that functionality? It's ridiculous and very confusing and a bad quality experience altogether. I'm greatly disappointed.
