My web player is in spanish

Okay ive read all the other posts and have tried everything. Why is my spotify in spanish? It randomly changed and I have no idea how to fix it. I'm honestly done at this point.

Do you have any extensions or plugins enabled on the browser?
Have you tried a different browser?
Have you checked the country on your account page?

this just happened to me as well. I literally went to the same spotify web player URL I always go to. and now all the labels and things are in Spanish. I haven't changed any settings anywhere. I saw other posts asking what country you have things set to. It's set to the US, although honestly I don't see what that has to do with it being Spanish.
