Could you send us a screenshot so we can get a better understanding of how things look like from your end? Are you seeing any error messages? You can attach it to your next response via the Insert Image option in the post editor.

 

If you're having internet connection issues, we recommend restarting your router if you haven't done this already or testing with a different connection. If it's possible, you can share mobile data to the computer via hotspot.
