This might sound like a really dumb question, but I want to be sure. I'm buying this phone this week, it has Windows 8.1 on it. Does it support Spotify?

There is a spotify app for WP8 although it misses some of the bells and whistles of the more mature android and iOS apps. There is an update promised in this blog article which should make a difference.
