Plays for specific songs not counting

So, I was browsing through my spotify stats today on these websites: http://107.170.81.187:8080/public/top and spotify.me and it occurred to me that my (obviously) most listened to songs were not on any list at all. I initially realised that spotify was counting my listens badly after scrolling through my really innaccurate 2017 wrapped playlist, so I had a look around and it turns out the songs that are not recording any listens do not have a + next to them in the queue (I've attached a few pictures for reference, missing many songs in my playlists, Frank Ocean's entire Blonde album and most of Brockhampton's discography). Why are these songs not counted when I listen to them? And how do I fix this?
