Radio Issues

Here is my issue... when I first got Spotify my kids would listen when I did not.

Time passed, I got them their own account and my reccommended listings showed my tastes.

Now 6 months later, I have been using the radio feature and everything has been fine until the last few weeks. No matter what radio station I create... Justin Beiber appears in it.

Viking Metal? Justin Shows up...

Punk? Justin

It's really...REALLY annoying me when I thumbs down the track and he pops up.

Is there any way to reset my entire account? Just wipe it clean? I think my children's choices are showing up, but they are appearing in the craziest locations.

Hi, and welcome to the community. Radio shouldn't be affected by what you listen to on another station or elsewhere in Spotify. This is more likely an issue with radio itself and not your account. Other users, including myself, have recently been having some very strange selections showing up in stations with the rating system not doing much to help. Hopefully, it will start to get better soon.
