Can you add a searh ikon in your own playlist so that you can find a song or an artist in your personal playlist

The option you're suggesting is already a feature in the Spotify app. If you want to search for an artist or song within your playlist, you can use the Filter option to find it. You can check out all the info about sorting and filtering your playlists here.
