My Question or Issue

I really like listening to podcasts. But when I use the sleep timer, after I wake up, I can't play or listen to that specific podcast. Any advice on how to fix this? 

PS: When I reinstall the app, it starts working again. But if I use the sleep timer again it breaks.

Taking into account that the issue reappears after using the sleep timer, it could be related to some damaged cache still stored in your device. We understand you've already performed a reinstall process, but to be sure that we're on the same page - did you use the steps for a clean reinstall mentioned in this article? We recommend this step since it gets you the latest app version and removes corrupted data from previous installations that may be affecting the proper behavior of the app.

 

If the issue persists, would you mind checking on a different device (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out.

 

Lastly, if persistent, include in your next response the make, model, and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.
