Sonos support live?

Hi all

does anyone know if Sonos support is live?

this website implies it is

But out when I try it on my Sonos app there is no last step.

I think it's in Beta.  I talked to someone at Spotify support the other week about trying to get large #'s of Spotify songs into the queue, and they suggested getting into the Beta program where it looked like this was coming.  I have a version of the app that the notes say is supposed to enable this, but it's not really working yet.  Maybe getting close though?
