South Africa Spotify with Sonos

HELP! I purchared a Spotify premium gift card for a friend, and now it's useless because he can't use it with his Sonos system in his house. Why is there still no support for Sonos & Spotify in South Africa? This is terribly diasppointing. Please advise how to proceed with either making it work or refunding me so I could gift him an Apple Music subscription instead.

Hello, I'm also waiting for Spotify and Sonos to sort out their licensing agreements.  Once I'm able to listen to Spotify on Sonos I'll initiate my Spotify Premium membership.
