Spotify on TiVo won't log me in apparently I haven't got a premium account...I HAVE!!!

Spotify on TiVo won't log me in apparently I haven't got a premium account...I HAVE!!!

Can someone help please they took the money 2 days ago, now I can't log in wtf....

Have you done all the steps at the begining of this thread?

It could also be that the tivo box needs to be rebooted so that it updates the files that tell it your a premium member.

 

The link below tells you how to reboot. I would suggest the "Restart the set top box" option first as you probably dont want to erase your programs.
