Support/chat issue - messages disappearing after I hit “send”

I chatted with an agent via your chat app. While chatting, my messages (and images that I was trying to upload) would disappear after I hit “send”. It could be sue to connectivity issues but then they should not have sent if signal was poor. I had to repeatedly re type messages/re-attach images until they finally sent. It took quite a few attempts before it finally worked. Also the message window resizes while I’m typing which partly hides the “send” icon so I need to pinch to resize the window every time I need to send a message I’ve typed. I am on an iPhone 13. Using a chrome browser
