Spotify is a streaming service, so unfortunately it's not possible to download songs as files that can be transferred to physical media or to other devices such as a USB drive.

You can only use Spotify on devices that support it in some way (such as a mobile device), and then connect it to whatever output you want to use in your car—via AUX or USB cable, Bluetooth, or whatever works for you.
