Unable to log in to ONKYO TX-NR525 with family premium account

Dear community,

 

i have a problem with my ONKYO TX-NR525 and Spotify (via Onkyo Remote 3 App), because every time i try to log in - i get this Message: "Login Error. Please check your accoint information. for help with your password, vistit www.spotify.com"
But its not an issue with my password, i resetted it and tried everything else described in this communityboard.
I do have a Family premium account and i am not the main user

 

i would be very thankful for any solution!

No solution, I'm afraid, but although it's not on this list I'm pretty sure it's one of the receivers where Spotify stopped the connect support:

I have a TEAV AG-D500 (identical to the NR 515) and it has this problem.
