Why does Spotify only have certain albums of some bands and not all?

I have noticed that Spotify only has select albums of certain bands and not all!
i.e. Dog Fashion Disco && Polkadot Cadaver. There is only one album from each band. And not even the best ones

Welcome at the Spotify Community!

Unfortunately, Spotify doesn't choose albums to "offer" through Spotify. 

The music labels decide which music they want to be available at Spotify.
