Why is the Sheridan Smith single not on Spotify?

As it says in the title really, its on iTunes for 99p  Should it not be available on Spotify too?

Unfortunately it's not up to Spotify to decide which music is available. The artist and music label (or other legal owners) decide where they want their music to be available.
