[boxee] error installing application

I've had a boxee box and a spotify premium account for a few years now - both had worked together nicely until last week!  Now I am getting an error when trying to launch the Spotify app - it says "Error installing application!" after downloading the app.  I have been able to download, install, and use other apps since this problem started.  Help!
