the equalizer crashes all the time, it crashes when I change songs, when I rewind the song, when I play something in another app and go back to Spotify, fix it

Would you mind letting us know if you've already tried any troubleshooting, such as a clean reinstall of the app?

Also, can you confirm the make, model, OS version and the Spotify version running on the affected device(s)?

It totally unnecessary function, you just make things worse, turn it off.

Just try this.   

Open phone settings also Eq off,  dolby also off,  then open Spotify, settings media quality, higest possible.  Playback, normalization and turn that **** off.

Magic! 

P. S. 

Need more bass or anything else, buy better audio equipment till you reach your perfect sound.  And no 2x18inch subs in apartment is not too much. Also your not looking for equaliser but for digital sound processor.
