What has most likely happened is that you've opened a Premium subscription on two separate accounts and this is why you're seeing two bills each month.

 

I'd recommend reaching out directly to our customer support team here. Provide them with copies of the receipts for both of the Premium subscriptions and they should be able to help you cancel one of them.
