I just purchased a Logitech Squeezbox Radio and a premium spotify account, but the radio feature does not seem to be available

am I doing something wrong? I have the radio feature on my ipad .HELP

The Radio feature is not available on all platforms. It has only just been introduced for iOS and otherwise I think is only available on the desktop apps.
