the premium on the phone account does not work

The premium on the phone account does not work.
I bought premium for my account. Premium works on a computer, but not on a phone. What should be done so that the premium appears on my phone?

Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out!

Let's first make sure you're logged into the same account on both platforms 🙂
Check which accounts are displayed in the app settings or go ahead and log out & back into the app.
Note: Pay attention to which login credentials are being used when you do so.

 

In case the account is the same but the issue persists, repeat the logout process on the affected device.
(Logging out and back into the app twice in a row triggers a manual sync of your settings)
