Can My Podcast be Ad Free?

Hi! 

I want to host a podcast for my community church here on Spotify, to stream our sermons and outreaches. (No music content or anything, just our original content)

I've listened to other church/faith-based/talk podcasts that do not have ads at all. 

Does Spotify offer a way to have an ad-free podcast format, if the organization/group who wants to provide it, has no interest in monetizing?
