As far as I can see, there isn’t an option for that but you can post this as an idea in the ideas part of the community and if it gets enough votes it can become a feature!

Hello,
Most platforms like Spotify or Apple Podcasts don’t show the exact date a podcast was followed. You can try checking your account activity or email notifications for clues.
