Getting the same adds multiple times in podcasts

I understand that adds help podcasts make some funds.
But Spotify's approach is atrocious.

I've been noticing this issue for the last couple of weeks.

Every time I listen to an episode, the same add plays literally between 3-6 times and episode, and literally no other.

For me its Kraken crypto, and in the middle of an episode the same add gets played 2-3 times on repeat.

I wonder if advertisers pay for each time its played and if they are interested to know people are being spammed.
Spotify, please fix this.
